Refund Policy

1.8 If you unintentionally pay twice for a purchase or the wrong amount, you can get a full reimbursement by showing our customer service personnel the payment receipts. Refunds will be issued for anything that was overpaid.

1.9 Should you unintentionally pay for two or more similar orders before authors are assigned to them, do let us know as soon as possible. You must terminate any orders you decide not to continue with before our authors start working on them. If this isn’t done, these orders will be handled like ordinary orders, and you won’t get a full refund.

1.10 In the extremely unlikely event that we are unavailable to complete your order, you will get a complete refund of your money.

1.11 If you submit the wrong files, make a late payment, or neglect to give instructions or other necessary information on time and cause the order to be delayed, you will not be refunded. When placing an order, please make sure that all money, supplementary supplies, and instructions are included.

1.12 In the event that your order is delivered after the designated date, you may seek a refund for the price difference. We’ll recalculate the entire cost and provide you with a reimbursement for any overage.

1.13 Since every revision has a deadline of its own, revisions are not eligible for payment for late delivery. In order to provide yourself flexibility and time to make any required revisions, please ensure that the order’s deadline is larger than thirty per cent of the date on which you submit.

1.14 You give up all ownership rights to the assignment as soon as you get a complete return or while the refund procedure is underway. 1.16 We will give a free revision if you can show us that our work has been entirely plagiarised. If a change is not possible before the deadline, we will issue a partial refund or store credits that you may apply to future purchases.

For two weeks, revisions are free of charge. You are free to ask for changes or a complete redo till you are happy. You won’t be qualified for a refund, though, if you accept a revision or redo.

1.19 No changes or reimbursements will be given if the customer approves the initial draught and then finds a mistake that has to be fixed. Since the writers have already been paid for their work, the customer may request a partial refund if a rewrite is not possible. After submission, the customer has 14 days to request a refund; after that time, no reimbursements will be given.

1.22 Refund requests are processed within 14 business days on average.

1.23 Chargebacks instigated by clients are absolutely forbidden. There are no chargebacks accepted by Excellent Assignments. 2. Refund Processing
